It can be hard to help our kids understand what is going on in our world today. Why can't we go to school anymore? Why do we have to stay home? Why can't I play with my friends?
My own children keep asking me when the quarantine will end. I keep having to tell them we don't know yet but we can do our part by staying home, limiting contact, and washing our hands repeatedly. They're aware that COVID-19 is a virus and it makes people sick but it's hard to really explain it to them.
