Some Favorite Online Content

It has been so good to see so many authors, illustrators  & publishers stepping up and making content available for us to enjoy while we're safe at home. Our family has been enjoying screens more than we usually do during this time and I know we're not alone!

I wanted to take some time to share some of what we've been enjoying lately with you in hopes that your families will enjoy them as well.

In no particular order:

LUNCH DOODLES with Mo Willems!
Mo is a fantastic author and illustrator and kids of all ages will enjoy learning how to draw their favorite characters.

The Aaron Reynolds Stay at Home Show
Author & Illustrator Aaron Reynolds is putting on a show. Episode 4 just dropped yesterday. (Psst, the 3rd book in his Creepy series in the works)

Cosmic Kids Yoga
This Yoga series is something my kids and I have enjoyed for years. Each episode tells you a story as you move your body through yoga poses. The link above is for YouTube but it's also available on Amazon Prime.

Harry Potter at Home
I love all things Harry Potter and so do 2/3 of my kids. Jim Dale's narration of the series is something we listen to almost yearly. J.K. Rowling has made the first book available for free through OverDrive and Audible.

 Junior Library Guild Digital Content
Junior Library Guild is a book review and collection development service for schools and libraries. During the pandemic they are offering unlimited access to read books online from any device.

And if this list has you wanting more here's a big list of Authors who are doing online Read alouds compiled by weareteachers.com
